Counselling for Individuals and Couples in North Glos

It's often more helpful to explore personal problems from outside the network of family and friends.   Help from an experienced counsellor can really enable you to clarify things and find new ways of managing your situation.

Accredited by the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy since 1997, I have worked as a counsellor for over 16 years in GP surgeries and private practice. I offer accessible, interactive counselling to individuals and couples. Fully trained, insured and bound by BACP's Code of Practice, I am in supervision (as is required by BACP) in order to maintain the quality of my counselling.

You might, perhaps, be having difficulties in one, or more, of these areas of your life: 
-  problems in your personal relationship(s) 
-  depression (sadness with lack of motivation, interest and energy)
-  anxiety or constant worrying
-  stress that affects your daily life  and ability to function well
-  bereavement (or other sort of major loss)
-  difficulties or family issues that feel unmanageable
-  mid-life  worries, concerns or confusion
-  health problems  or fears
-  lack of confidence

I have extensive experience of helping individuals and couples with these, and other, life difficulties. 

I work from a lovely, peaceful summerhouse in the garden of my home in the village of Blockley, near Moreton-in-Marsh, Gloucestershire. Privacy and confidentiality are assured and free parking is available nearby.
